When we started selling visual cards and display boards for organizational improvement in 1970, the ideas of lean management were still 20 years away and the Toyota Production System was a term almost unknown to anyone in Europe. Not even us. We were simply ahead of our time because we love efficiency. We want every company to be a lean business.
