Important information for your worry-free SchraubTec visit
As a trade fair organizer, the well-being of everyone involved is very important to us. We have therefore developed a concept and coordinated it with the authorities that takes hygienic, medical and organizational measures into account.
The top priority is the safety and health of all exhibitors, visitors, service partners and employees. We will keep you updated here on a daily basis about any changes to the protection and hygiene rules.
The new Corona Ordinance has been in effect nationwide since April 3, 2022. This means that extensive protective measures are no longer in place, and the new federal infection protection law only requires masks to be worn on local public transport and in the medical sector. Contact and capacity restrictions as well as data collection and access regulations at events have therefore been lifted. We are following this legal order.
For SchraubTec we recommend compliance with the AHA rules:
Hygiene concept: exhibition and lecture rooms
- For perfect trade fair organization and to avoid waiting times for you, we recommend digital registration for SchrauTec: CLICK HERE to go directly to registration.
- Regular ventilation of the rooms: The lecture rooms and the exhibition hall are regularly ventilated or air-conditioned.
- Increased cleaning cycles: Cleaning cycles are increased and toilets, handles and surfaces in particular are cleaned more frequently.
- Opportunities for hand disinfection: Hand disinfection is available for visitors in the entrance area and in heavily frequented areas. Hygiene concept: Exhibition & lecture rooms
- Controlling the flow of visitors and widening the aisles: Where necessary, a one-way system will direct the flow of visitors in the exhibition hall. The walkways will be widened.
- Adapted seating in the lecture rooms: The seating in the lecture rooms will be adapted according to the room capacity and the distance of 1.5 meters between seats will be maintained.
